A TRICARE explanation of benefits isn’t a bill. It’s an itemized statement that shows what action TRICARE has taken on your claims.

  • You may receive a monthly EOB statement detailing all the claims you had in the past month.
  • You should keep your EOB statements with your health insurance records.

Log in or sign up to get your EOB statements online:

Pharmacy EOB Statements

Log in to your TRICARE Express Scripts account. Then follow these steps to view your statement:

  1. Click “My Account.”
  2. Click “Communication Preferences.”
  3. Click “Notification Preferences.”
  4. Click “Explanation of Benefits.”
  5. Choose either “Email” or “Letter.”

Note: Paper EOBs are mailed quarterly (every three months), but emails are delivered monthly. You can change your preference at any time.

Important milConnect Update

myAuth is replacing DS Logon for milConnect access. Learn more about the myAuth transition.

Attention TRICARE Users: myAuth will roll out in phases. This began with milConnect and ID Card Office Online on May 21. Over time, all DOD applications that use DS Logon will transition to myAuth.
